1) Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of HĒDO’s website, digital platforms, protocols, retreats, and events (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information and for your own health, travel documents, and insurance.
• You agree to disclose relevant medical or psychological conditions before attending in-person activities.

3) Services & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services (or any part of them) with reasonable notice where possible. Specific program details, facilitators, or locations may change; we will communicate material changes to affected participants.

4) Bookings, Payments & Refunds

• Fees must be paid in full before participation unless otherwise stated.
• Each program includes its own cancellation and refund policy communicated at booking.
• If we cancel an event, we will offer a refund or a suitable alternative.
• Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant providers; we do not store full card details.

5) Conduct & Safety

• Treat all participants, staff, and local communities with respect.
• Follow facilitator instructions and safety guidance.
• Avoid illegal substances and unsafe behavior.
• We may remove participants who endanger others or seriously disrupt the experience; refunds may not be issued.

6) Health, Risk & Disclaimers

Our Services involve personal development and sometimes physical activities or exposure to nature. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. HĒDO is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical or psychological treatment.

• Assumption of risk: You accept the inherent risks of travel and activities.
• Insurance: You are responsible for adequate travel, health, and cancellation insurance.
• Third parties: We are not responsible for acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, transport, or independent providers.

7) Intellectual Property

All content, methods, branding, and materials are owned or licensed by HĒDO and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8) User Content

Where you submit content (e.g., testimonials, images), you grant HĒDO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose for which it was provided (e.g., program operations or marketing), subject to any written restrictions you specify.

9) Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we protect it.

10) Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, HĒDO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amounts you paid for the relevant Service.

11) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Courts located in Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer law.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above shows when they last changed. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
